Municipal Lien Certificates

To request a Municipal Lien Certificate (MLC):

Send a self-addressed stamped envelope along with your request to

Royalston, MA 01368

Include:

1. Check for $25 made payable to Town Of Royalston ($25 for each parcel).
2. Map and Lot of the parcel.
3. Other descriptive information such as owner name, property address, etc., that can help us to identify the parcel.

Please allow 20 business days for processing.

Requests can also be made in person during normal business hours.
