Recently, the Board of Selectmen embarked on an updated
strategic planning process. This process provides a
method to synchronize short and long-term planning across
departments.
One part of this process, Goal Setting, allows
departments and individuals to agree on equitable and
appropriate goals. Those goals are objectively
compared with actual performance during the Performance
Review and Appraisal process.
This page provides a common link for Town Managers,
Supervisors, and the Public on the Universal Goal Setting
and Performance Review Process adopted for the 2007/2008
planning season by the Selectboard.
