The meeting convened at 7:30 p.m. at town hall.

Minutes: The minutes of May 7, 2009, were accepted unanimously.


Open Space and Recreation Plan Update:
The committee continued work on updating the Open Space and Recreation Plan:

1) Aaron will do the final edit on the plan and post it on the web.

2) In July the committee will provide copies of the plan for the Royalston Selectboard, Planning Board, and Conservation Commission, the Montachusett Regional Planning Comimission, and the North Quabbin Landscape Partnership.

3) The committee will solicit letters of review from these groups and send the plan and these letters to the state Department of Conservation and Recreation.

 

The meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
