The meeting convened at 7:30 p.m. at town hall.

Minutes:
The committee unanimously approved the minutes of December 20, 2007.

Community Preservation Act: The committee hosted a public meeting about the Community Preservation Act (CPA) and distributed an informational flyer (attached). Katherine Roth of the CPA Coalition gave a slide presentation about what the CPA is and how it works, including examples of how other towns have used CPA funds for open space, affordable housing and historic preservation projects. She and committee members answered questions from attendees.

The meeting adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
