The meeting convened at 7:30 p.m. at town hall.

Minutes:
The committee unanimously approved the minutes of November 9, 2006 (as amended).

Committee Matters:
The committee welcomes Jack Morse, who has been appointed to a 3-year term by the Select Board.

Town Issues:
(1) Tom Musco reported that Petersham is setting up an Open Space Committee and may contact us for advice.

(2) Aaron updated the committee on progress regarding the parcel south of the
Town Common. New suggestions for open-space protection and working farmland
will be presented to the land-owners.

(3) Aaron updated the committee on issues associated with the Tully Lake subdivision
on the Athol-Royalston town line.

The meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
