The meeting convened at 7:30 p.m. at town hall.
Minutes:
The committee unanimously approved the minutes of July 12.
Aaron met with the landowners who want to explore the idea of conserving some
of their land. The landowners were very appreciative in learning the options
that are available to them. They will take all of the options into consideration
and communicated that they would get back to the committee regarding their
decision.
Kim brought materials to the committee to review in preparation of the committee supporting the task force with public outreach. The committee supports key provisions of the proposed revisions to the zoning by-laws, specifically flexible development, open space residential development and the scenic roads by-law.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
