The meeting convened at 7:30 p.m. at town hall.

Minutes: The minutes of March 13, 2008, were accepted unanimously.

Heritage Landscape Inventory: The follow-up to the Heritage Landscape Inventory meeting held on April 3 will be a field trip on April 24 beginning at 1:30 p.m.

Community Preservation Act: Articles 24 and 25 on the Royalston Annual Town Meeting warrant will call for the acceptance of the CPA and the creation of a CPA committee. If it is accepted there and at the national election in November, it will go into effect in FY10.

Aaron will print up copies of our handout for inclusion in the May town newsletter and for distribution at town meeting. Jack will take that handout to a meeting of the FinCom.

The committee agreed to call likely voters over the next few weeks to answer any questions and to urge support for the CPA.

The meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
