Approved 10/28/06 - Certificate 10-1-2006 Submitted 9/21/06 - An Application from Jason Fortunato for changes to his property at 2 On The Common.  The application requests a change from asphalt 3-tab to asphalt architectural-style roof shingles on house and ell.   The Commission determined that the public hearing requirement could be waived for this application.

Approved 9/21/06 Certificate 9-1-2006 Submitted 8/17/06 - An Application from the Village School to install a fence along the playground side of the driveway for traffic safety.  The fence would begin near the handicap ramp and run along the driveway away from the school toward dump road.  A public hearing was held Thursday, September 21, 2006 at 7:30p.m. in the Royalston Town Hall.

Approved 6/16/06 (Certificate 6-2-2006)Shutters: Wood shutters attached with screws and spacers (cannot be hung on hinges because of vinyl siding).  Shutters reported by applicant to be original and were located in the barn. shutters; 5ft.1in. high 1ft. 4in. wide. Approved 6/15/06 (Certificate 6-1-2006) Submitted 5/18/06 - An application from George Krasowski to change the overhead-style barn door to the original sliding door and paint green at his property at 11 On the Common.  The original door is on site.  A public hearing on this application was held Thursday, June15, 2006 at 7p.m. in the Royalston Town Hall.

Submitted 1/19/06 - Eight Applications from Dwight Stowell for changes to his property at 18 On the Common (formerly Charles Fisher property).  A public hearing on all eight applications was held Thursday, February 16, 2006 at 7p.m. in the Royalston Town Hall.

 

    1: Modify the existing porch from a farmer’s porch to an Empire style with four columns and balustrade.

    2: Change the bay window on the front of the house to two 3-sash floor to ceiling windows.

    3: Move the propane tanks on the side of the house to the rear.
